HungryHungry Sender ID Registration Consent (ACMA)

Australia’s ACMA has introduced new requirements for branded Sender IDs. To keep your SMS messages appearing as verified (and reduce the risk of messages being flagged or filtered), Sender IDs must be registered.

Company Name:
Your Sender ID is: Not found, please reply to this email and our team will help you locate it.

This form confirms the details we need to complete registration via SMSGlobal on your behalf.

What you need to confirm:

  • Your business details (legal entity name, ABN, website, business address)
  • The authorised representative’s contact details (name, role, email, phone)
  • Your confirmation/consent to proceed

What happens after you submit:

1) We review your submission for completeness

2) We submit your Sender ID registration through SMSGlobal for ACMA processing

3) If anything is missing or needs clarification, we’ll contact the authorised representative

You may have already received communication directly from ACMA about approval or rejection. The below form is still required to ensure HungryHungry's due-diligence is completed.
