1. Eligibility This offer is available only to hospitality venues that meet HungryHungry’s qualifying criteria, which include (but are not limited to):
Venue type,
Cuisine category, and
Order volume (historical or projected).
Eligibility is assessed by HungryHungry at its sole discretion.
2. Qualification Assessment Venues must contact HungryHungry to confirm if they qualify for the offer. Assessment is based on the information provided by the venue, and HungryHungry may request supporting details where required.
3. Free RTS Tablet Qualified venues will receive a Ready-to-Serve (RTS) tablet at no cost. The tablet remains the property of HungryHungry unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devices must be returned if the venue discontinues its HungryHungry service.
4. Onboarding & Setup Free onboarding applies only to the standard RTS setup process. Additional configuration, integrations, or custom requirements may incur charges unless specified otherwise.
5. Service Charge Discount Any service charge discounts included as part of this offer apply only to qualifying venues and may vary based on venue type and order volume. Discounts may be time-limited and subject to individual agreement.
6. Offer Limitations
This offer is only available to new HungryHungry RTS customers, unless explicitly approved.
Availability may be limited by region, operational capacity, or stock.
HungryHungry reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
7. Fair Use The offer is intended only for legitimate, active hospitality venues. HungryHungry may revoke participation if a venue provides false or misleading information or uses the service in a way that breaches platform terms.
8. Conditions Apply All components of the offer, including free hardware and service charge discounts, are subject to HungryHungry’s final approval and may differ based on the venue’s operating model, order volume, and campaign eligibility.
9. Acceptance of Terms By participating in this promotion, the venue agrees to these Terms & Conditions and HungryHungry’s general service terms.
